As an educational organization that places great emphasis on its commitment to students at all stages of their programme, one of AIE's principle concerns is the need to provide a fully comprehensive and personalized service. The quality and range of their services are designed to create an accessible, comfortable environment that is conducive to effective study and research.

Their newly renovated and fully equipped facilities include a conference room, two spacious classrooms, a professor's office and a student corner comprising of a computer area, leisure corner and study area.

The Conference room is ideally suited to small meetings such as tutorials, seminars and other student or staff gatherings. Located here is also a professional self-contained library carrying a vast range of resources and detailed information on home-based or overseas study. Students engaged in distance study programmes are also able to access a wide range of textbooks and reference materials relevant to their particular programmes.

A private office is at the disposal of up to four visiting professors or teachers at a time. Notwithstanding advanced facilities such as state of the art laptop computers and connection to broadband for easy access to the Internet and Email, the office is also an ideal place to carry out administration work and meet with students.

To facilitate the seminars, which consist of one week of study with a visiting professor from the university, AIE have installed two sizable classrooms, well equipped with LCD projectors, overhead projectors, audio-support, TV, whiteboards and flipcharts. Each of these classrooms can accommodate up to 60 students when seated and are perfectly suited to workshops, seminars or lectures. Like the rest of the facilities, they are air-conditioned with drinking water provided.

The Student Corner is designed to meet the same high standards and requirements of facilities at a university campus and students are strongly encouraged to take full advantage of its resources and 24-hour service. Students have unrestricted access during opening hours to extra computers with links to the Internet and Email.
